We want your event to be a success and are confident that it will be if you decide to book our Afrika Haus meeting halls. You will get to experience a top meeting hall in our Afrika Haus setup. The halls are naturally used for seminars, conferences, brainstorming sessions and more. This exquisite venue is located in a tastefully renovated building with a very contemporary and stylish exterior. Large windows from floor to ceiling will not only let in plenty of natural light.

The atmosphere in this space is very professional. Our aim is to create a welcoming, no-nonsense meeting hall for Africans and friends of Africa. We have maintained a clean and minimalistic approach for this meeting room rental to ensure a focused and attentive atmosphere for your presentation.

In terms of connectivity, our meeting room is equipped with state-of-the-art A/V equipment including TV and Chromecast. Water and coffee are already included in the rental price, you may order your lunch or dinner from our in-house kitchen, but you may not bring in food externally.

Doors open at 8:30am and close at 5pm. Your conference support will always be there  during your stay in our house.
