  • KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

    As a Key Account Manager, you will take care of the interests of one or more key partners.

    We are looking for you to increase our turnover through partner orientation. We expect you to work closely in new collaborations and maintain existing ones too.

  • SUPPORT OUR RESEARCH TEAM

    Responsibilities may include and not limited to:

    • Researching information on hate crimes in Germany and the reactions of the crime victims
    • On site research in Libraries, Newspaper archives and interviews
    • Reviewing and editing contents for publications
    • Preparing information for SMN
    • Assisting in ongoing projects

    Qualification

    • Strong research ability
    • Genuine interest in research processes
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Experience in office suite and Adobe programs is a plus

    • Possess first experiences in fundraising, event management, communications and marketing

    • Work under minimal supervision, display a sense of responsibility and flexibility
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Sound computer skills
    • A good command of the German and English language

    Responsibilities

    • Support our team with regard to fundraising activities, event planning and communications
    • Support our team in the preparation of new charity activities and the execution of current ones
    • Support our team in the assistance of cooperation partners
    • Support our team in the extension of our marketing activities
    • Support our administrative work
  • SUPPORT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Advanced student of cultural sciences, social sciences, humanities or a related field
    • Possess first experiences in organizing events
    • Sound research skills
    • Show an interest in the relationship between Africa and Europe, in addition to migration and integration
    • Work under minimal supervision, display a sense of responsibility and flexibility
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Sound computer skills
    • A good command of the German language
    • English and French language skills are a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Support our events by research, event planning, updating our databases and contributing to our newsletter
    • Maintaining and updating our mailing lists
    • Communicating with our partners, such as foundations, schools and embassies
    • Support our administrative work
  • SUPPORT PUBLIC RELATIONS

    Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Advanced student of communications, journalism, German language or a related field
    • Possess first experiences in PR and communications, such as writing press releases, updating the press database and mailing lists and compiling press materials
    • Show an interest in the relationship between Africa and Europe, in addition to migration and integration
    • Work under minimal supervision, display a sense of responsibility and flexibility
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Audio computer skills
    • A good command of the German and English language

    Responsibilities

    • Support our team in its PR and communication activities
    • Updating our press database and mailing lists
    • Preparation of press releases
    • Preparation of press conferences
    • Coordination of interviews
    • Support our administrative work
