Role Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
  3. Allocate resources appropriately and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  4. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  6. Report and escalate issues to upper management as needed.
  7. Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.


  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, or Project Management).
  2. Proven working experience as a project manager, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., IT, construction, etc.]
  3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  4. Proficient in project management software tools.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
  6. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
